In this episode I invited the New Jersey Passaic Commissioner Orlando Cruz to chop it up with me. We discussed his journey in becoming so involved in the community he grew up in & ultimately becoming the face of the Latino community in the entire Passaic County of New Jersey. We also discussed how fatherhood changed our lives and he shared a very intimate story about his youngest son having Tetralogy of Fallot which lead him to have an open heart surgery while being just one month old.
